Aluminium profile continuous hinges
Our range of long aluminium profile hinges consists of the long FinAlu hinge and the long aluminium profile hinge 50 mm wide. Our aluminium profile piano hinges have a lenght ranging from 915 mm to 2000 mm and a width ranging from 31 mm to 63 mm. Our hinges are available in 6082 T5 aluminium or 6060 T5 aluminium. They have an opening angle of 270°. They are used in the medical, food, capital goods and transport industries.
Rolled knuckle continuous hinges
The rolled knuckle continuous hinges range consists of continuous hinges and interleaf continuous hinges. The continuous hinges, or piano hinges, have a length of 1000mm to 2134mm and a width of 15mm to 127mm. They have an opening angle of up to 270°. Our piano hinges are available in steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316L, stainless steel 430, aluminium 5754.

The polymer continuous hinges range consists of polymer hinges in rolls. These polymer continuous hinges range in length from 28.6mm to 76.2mm. They are made of polypropylene, which allows them to withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C.
Continuous hinges with cranked leaves
The range of continuous hinges with cranked leaves consists of drilled continuous hinges with 1 cranked leaf, undrilled continuous hinges with 1 cranked leaf and continuous hinges with 2 cranked leaves. The continuous hinges with cranked leaves measure between 1600mm and 2000mm and have an opening angle of 270°. Our continuous hinges with cranked leaves are available in steel, stainless steel 304, and stainless steel 430.
Double knuckle continuous hinges
The double knucle continuous hinges range consists of double knucle continuous hinges, seals gasket for double knucle continuous hinges and a humidity drain gasket. The double knucle continuous hinges are between 2000mm and 3000mm long. They are made of 6060 T5 aluminium. The long double knucle continuous hinges is supplied without a seal. The joints measure between 27.6mm and 3000mm. We offer 2 materials: rubber profile with reinforcement and polyurethane.

A Ø10 hole in the stop is provided for the passage of wires.
